Allen Carr
A few weeks ago I bought Allen Carr's "Easyway to stop smoking". I thought it is impossible, that reading a book will help me to defeat my nicotine addiction. Thought wrong. Since October 29th I'm a non-smoker.
I recommend everybody who want's to quit smoking the book.
